Ogun State House of Assembly Aspirant for Ijebu North State Constituency II, Otunba Odutayo Abiodun Oluwole (Iwogbe) has charged Nigerians to Embrace Peace and shun violence in his New Year Message.

The message reads as follow; 

Dear Good People of Ijebu North State Constituency II,

It is with great delight that I welcome you all to the new year 2022, filled with hope and fulfilment of aspirations. Most sincerely we thank God who in his infinite mercy gave us all the grace to be a living soul till date.

As we begin the new year, we must embrace peace at all times, shun violence, be security conscious, strive to better our lives and individually contribute our quota to the development of our Constituency.

To many in the know, this is an important year in the polity, we must ensure we speak in one voice as a People, as we prepare to have Party Primaries this Year. I as a person will continue to promote peace and tranquility while myself and team members will continue to work towards galvanizing more support towards this aspiration of representing you all in the hallow chamber of the Ogun State House of Assembly come 2023.

We are optimistic that our leaders will continue to lead us right even as we appreciate them for their mentorship and leadership exhibited so far. We also pray for God's wisdom, blissful sagacity and enablement for them and theirs in their respective endeavours in good health and sound state of mind. 

Year 2022, no doubt is filled with opportunities, however we must all set our priorities right so as to defeat every challenges that might want to pose a threat to the fulfilment of our set goals and resolutions.

To our Obas, we cannot thank you enough for your Monarchical leadership, cultural conservation and ensuring our various towns is developed, our cultural heritage is protected and our homes is secured. To you all, we owe our immense appreciation.

We must appreciate our Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR who through his fairness and sense of equity has been more gracious to our Constituency via constructions of roads, schools, renovation of our health facilities and provision of welfarism packages. Like Oliver Twist, we shall continue to ask for more even as we pray for God's continuous guidance and protection over our Governor. 

As we begin the journey, I pray the Lord God who has seen us this far, we continue to uphold, guide and give us the grace to achieve excellence this new year.
