The Special Assistant to Governor Dapo Abiodun on inter- ethnic affairs, prince Hadi Sani on Friday partnered with the Special Assistant to the governor on Education on Stakeholder engagement to ensure peaceful coexistence in all schools across Ogun State.
A round table discussion with stakeholders in Ogun State was held on the same day to harmonize their thoughts on the way to enhance peaceful coexistence through the kids in schools across the state.
The program was organized by the Office of the Special Assistant to Ogun State Governor on Inter-Ethnic Affairs in partnership with the Office of the Special Adviser to the Governor on Education and Peaceful Coexistence Initiative.
SA on Job Creation and Youth Empowerment, SA on Finance, PCRC, CDC, Hausa Community, Igbo Community, Fulani Community, PTA, Security Agencies, Principal General, Labour Unions, Religious Leaders, Peaceful Coexistence Initiative NGO's, and others are among the critical stakeholders.
According to Haddi, Governor Dapo Abiodun is committed to making Ogun State Nigeria's most peaceful state.
During the conversation, the gandering was shared into different groups which brainstorm and come out with their recommendations which will be compiled as a policy document for implementation by the State Government.
It is our joint obligation to ensure that our society is safe and secure.
