Members of the Medical and Dental Consultants' Association of Nigeria in the Ogun State Ministry of Health and Hospitals Management Board, have pledged their unalloyed loyalty and support to the new Head of Service, Dr. Nafiu Aigoro, in his quest to continue to move the State Civil Service forward.

          Chairman of the Association, Dr. Ayodeji Erinle made the pledge when he led other members on a courtesy visit to the Head of Service in Abeokuta, to congratulate him on his appointment as the first Medical Doctor to assume the position.

          Erinle said Dr. Aigoro had made unprecedented history in the annals of the State as the first Orthopedic Surgeon to become the Head of Service, noting that the onus is on them to throw their full weight behind him to ensure that he succeeds as the 18th Head of Ogun State Civil/Public Service.

          Responding, Dr. Nafiu Aigoro, appreciated the Association for the love, support and commitment shown to him, stating that their suggestions and solutions to knotty issues, especially in the health sector would always be welcomed.

          The Head of Service charged them to be dutiful and show quality leadership for others to emulate for maximal productivity in the health sector.

          "Support me in moving the State forward, as all eyes are on you and ensure that you do the needful in the discharge of your duties. I am grateful to this administration for being so supportive, as we have not had it so good in the health sector in recent times", Dr. Aigoro said.
