"We are here to commission these new state-of-the-art facilities provided through the PPP initiative. This project itself is very unique. It is a tripartite partnership between the State, Lafarge Plc and Unilever Plc. While Lafarge took charge of the cost of the construction of the building, Unilever Plc picked the bill of equipping this facility with all that is necessary for those that may require institutionalised care", he said.
