The Ogun state government has promised to continue to support all Small and Medium - scale Enterprise (SME) operators in the State.
The State Commissioner for Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs, Barr. Femi Ogunbanwo gave the assurance during the Nigeria Association of Hairdressers and Cosmetology (NASHCO) Ijebu Division, Beauty Day and Retirement Programme in Ijebu-ode Local Government Area of the State.
The Commissioner, who also served as Chairman of the Day, stressed the State's keen interest in the business group's success, stating that the government would continue to provide the necessary support and assistance.
Ogunbanwo described the newly elected president of the association, Revd. Mother Labake Balogun as a distinguished daughter of the soil with sterling virtues which is vital to the organisation's progress.
In her words, the president, Revd. Balogun praised the Prince Dapo Abiodun-led administration for its unwavering efforts in moving the state forward, pledging the association members' complete support at all times
