The Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has emphasised the need for all and sundry to be guided by their spiritual lives in accordance with God’s precept.
Governor Abiodun, made this known at the 2021 Abeokuta regional convention of the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International, Nigeria, with the theme: ‘The Season of Unusual Exploits’, saying 'without a doubt, we cannot live by bread alone, hence the need for our spiritual life to be guided'.
The Governor, represented by his deputy, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele, said the vision of the organisation was in line with his belief, way of life, type of governance, philosophy and agenda for the citizens of the State.
‘’I am very happy for the great work God is doing in Ogun State and as a government, we will continue to improve and enhance the living standard of our people", he said.
Abiodun who felicitated with the fellowship members on the 70th anniversary, congratulated them for choosing Ogun State as the host for its fourth convention.
Speaking earlier, the National President of the Fellowship, Arc. Ifeanyi Odedo, said the theme of the convention was likened to the throes that the nation of Judah went through in the days of Nehemiah, who mobilised the Jews to rebuild the broken walls of Jerusalem.
