Ijebu-Ode LG Commence Grading of Rural Roads in Odoagboju, Itawo.

As part of Infrastructural Development in the Rural Area, Engr olugbenga Olugbile led Administration has commence the Grading of Itawo, Odoagboju and Idale roads as part of palliative measures for easy Access of Individuals to brings their Goods to the Urban Area.

The Council Boss speaking to Newsmen in his Office, Said his administration has prioritize rehabilitating of Rural Roads as part of his Manifesto and Dividends of democracy to the people of Ijebu-Ode.




" Our People needs Good Roads, The roads in those Areas are Bad, As soon as I assume the office, I visited Odoagboju, Itawo, And Idale. I see the Suffering our People are Passing through at first hand, Especially when bringing their farm produce to the Urban Area and also the suffering of the children at getting to there school. But with the palliative measure Put in place our people would have easy access at bringing their Goods to the Town. " Olugbile said.

" We are happy to compliment what his Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun is doing in terms of rehabilitating and Construction of Roads across the State, As a Local Government Chairman, it is Expected of us to do so in Our Domain by Rehabilitating our Local Roads." He said

The Chairman said the Palliative measure would also Extend to Odonoko and Ereji has Equipment has been moved to site to commence work immediately.

In his word, The Baale of Itawo, Mr Francis Augustine Komaya said the People of Itawo community Appreciate the timely Intervention of the Chairman towards Grading the road as it was not Motorable for a long time.

Also the Baale of Idale, Mr Ola Adebanjo said The farmers in the Area are happy with the grading of the Roads as Owners of Vehicle to convey their Goods always complain of the bad Condition of the Road and Don't Even want to come to the Area but Now with the Intervention of the Chairman,the road is Now Accessible.
