Ijebu-Ode LG BOSS BAGS FCAI AWARD
Chairman Ijebu-Ode Local Government , Arc. Gbolade Oduwole, has been awarded fellowship of the Institute of Corporate Administration(ICA) in recognition of his monumental achievements in the last two years in office,which has culminated into socio-economic development of the Local Government Area.

Presenting the award, The Chairman of the Institute, commandant,Ogun State,Vigilante Service Organisation (VSO) Soji Gansallo, praised the chairman and his cabinet members for following the footstep of Sen. Ibikunle Amosun CON,FCA; led Administration through effective execution of projects, explaining that the award was for the outstanding chairman among the chairmen across the state.
The chairman while receiving the award,appreciated the institute for the honour and applauded his cabinet members for the support, adding that the honour would spur him to do more in discharging his responsibility in the advancement of the Local Government Area Council.
According to Oduwole "the recognition is a manifestation of the achievement recorded so far by his administration,for the execution of people-oriented projects,which are in tandem with the needs and yearnings of the massess"
He added that the success recorded by his administration was as a result of the mutual interdependence between the two arms of government in the Local Government.
The Secretary to the Local Government, Hon. Olatunde Alli thanked the Institute of Corporate Administration, for recognition and appreciating credible governance at the local level, with a promise that civil servants would remain an active partner in the promotion of good governance and sustenance of democratic values.
